We are excited to add 2 new enhancements to our 1:Many Email capabilities:

  • Removing Email Recipients from the 1:Many Email Audience Preview

  • 1:Many Email Recipients Limited to the Customer in the Engagement App

Removing Email Recipients from the 1:Many Email Audience Preview

When creating a 1:Many email there are times you may want to remove one or more of the email recipients from a large email distribution list. Simply click on Preview Audience at the bottom of the 1:Many Email screen and you will be presented with the Sending Details modal below. Hover over the user icon that you want to remove and a blue x will appear. Click on the x and the email address will be removed as a recipient in the 1:Many email distribution list.

1:Many Email Recipients Limited to the Customer in the Engagement App

When creating a new 1:Many email from the Engagement App, email recipients are now limited to that customer to keep the CSM in context of the customer and eliminate the option to potentially include the wrong customer's email address as a recipient. When creating a new 1:Many Email from the Engagement App, the customer name is populated as the default in the "To" line which would send the 1:Many Email to all contacts for that customer streamlining the workflow.

If you decide that you don't want to send the email to all of the contacts for that customer, remove the customer by clicking on the x and select the users you would like to send to.

When you type in the email addresses you will only be able to see the users and email addresses that are for that customer. In the example below, the user types in John and only the users with "john" in their email address will be presented to select.

Once you have selected the customers users you want to send to and the content to send, then the 1:Many email will be sent to those users from that customer.

For more questions on how to send 1:Many emails, please reach out to your CSM.
