Overview
The 1:Many Email composer now includes several enhancements that make drafting, personalizing, and scheduling emails more efficient.
Key updates:
Draft auto-saving for subject, body, and attachments
Configurable personal and dynamic signatures
Validation improvements before scheduling
Automatic sender signature switching
Improved UI with better scrolling and search
Drafts
The Drafts feature automatically saves your email content so you can pick up where you left off if you close the composer.
How It Works
Begin composing an email and enter a subject and body.

If the modal or tab is closed without sending, once the composer is re-opened, a message appears indicating that an unsent draft is available.
You can:
Restore the draft to recover your subject, body, and any attachments.
Clear the draft to delete it.
Attachments are saved as well!*
Cancelling Clears the Draft
Clicking Cancel on the composer permanently removes the draft.
Draft Replacement
If you start typing new content after restoring, the previous draft is automatically replaced. The “draft saved” message disappears, and a new draft is saved in its place.
Email Signatures
You can configure a default email signature that automatically appears at the bottom of new messages.
Setting Your Signature
Go to My Settings → Account → Email Signature.
Add text, links, or small images.
The signature will appear by default when you compose new 1:Many emails
Validation Behavior
If the body of the email is empty, the system displays a validation error and prevents sending. The signature alone does not count as body content.
Once you add text to the email body, the error message disappears.
Scheduling Enhancements
Previously, users could proceed to the scheduling step even if the email had validation errors, such as an empty body.
Now, all errors must be resolved before scheduling is allowed.
This ensures scheduled emails are complete and valid before they are sent.
Dynamic Sender Signatures
If your organization allows sending emails on behalf of different users, the signature automatically updates when you change the From field.
Compose a new email.
Switch the From sender to another user.
The signature updates to match the selected sender.
Switching back restores your original signature.
This removes the need to manually edit signatures when sending from different accounts.
UI and Search Improvements
Improved scrolling: The composer has a better scroll experience with a persistent header.
Search functionality: You can search within various fields, including the Choose Template selector.
Drafts + Templates: If you select a template, make manual edits, and close the composer, those changes are saved as a draft.
