You can now see who's working on each project right from the Project List. Two new columns, Contributors and Stakeholders, sit alongside Project Lead.

Add the columns

  1. Go to Projects and select Customize.

  2. Under Reorder and hide columns, turn on Contributors and/or Stakeholders. Both are hidden by default.

Reading the columns

  • Each cell shows up to 3 avatars plus a +N badge when there are more. Hover over a cell to see every name.

  • Your team sees your side of each project's team. Clients see their own side.

Sort and filter

  • Sort by either column. Projects with nobody in that role always sort to the bottom.

  • Filter under Filters → Resources: includes, excludes or is blank. Filters also apply to the Board view, the Dashboard and saved presets.

  • Export includes contributor and stakeholder names.
