If you have churned customers you're trying to win back, the best way to view them is through the Reports section. Segments can only be filtered by Active or Trial customer status, so reports are the right tool for reviewing churned accounts.
Option 1: Churn Reasons Report
The Churn Reasons report shows churned customers grouped by the reason the account was lost. This is especially useful for identifying win-back candidates and spotting patterns in churn.
Option 2: Customer Growth Report
The Customer Growth report includes a Churned Customers section showing all customers whose status was changed to Churned within your selected time period. You can drill into the data to see the specific accounts.
How to mark a customer as Churned
Before a customer will appear in these reports, their status must be set to Churned. To do this:
First, mark the contract or subscription line item as Churned
Once revenue is marked as Churned, the Churned status will become available on the customer record
Update the Customer Status to Churned from the customer edit screen
The customer will then appear in the Churned Customers and Customer Growth reports.
