We are excited to release new Alerts and Notifications for Product Pulse.
1. Email Notifications for Product Pulse - gives users the ability to receive email notifications for each Product Pulse that is set and the associated comments.
Note: This Product Pulse notification email above is the first for this product and does not contain any comments.
2. Slack Notifications for Product Pulse - Product Pulse can now be sent to a Slack channel for ease of distribution or visibility for users who may or may not be logging into ClientSuccess. The Slack Integration has been updated to include a "Product Pulse Notification Channel" where the ClientSuccess Admin can enter a "Channel name for Product Pulse notifications" to be sent. In the example below, all Product Pulse's will be sent to the "pulse" Slack Channel.
3. Slack Messages for Product Pulse - When Product Pulse's are sent to a Slack Channel, they will be displayed as a Slack message with the following information.
4. Microsoft Teams Notifications for Product Pulse - Product Pulse can now be sent to a Microsoft Teams channel for ease of distribution or visibility for users who may or may not be logging into ClientSuccess. The Microsoft Teams integration has been updated to include a "Product Pulse Notification Channel" where the ClientSuccess Admin can enter a "Channel name for Product Pulse notifications" to be sent. To send your Product Pulse updates to Microsoft Teams, enter a channel name into the Product Pulse Notification Channel below and hit save.
5. Global Settings Alerts and Notifications Page - There is a new Alerts & Notifications Configuration Page for Product Pulse in Global Settings where ClientSuccess Admins can turn on the new notifications to be delivered via In-App, Email, and Slack.
Note: The Alerts & Notifications page will turn on the notifications for all users in the instance of ClientSuccess. However, users will now have the ability to control which notifications they receive by going into their My Settings page and configuring their own Alerts and Notifications. (See below)
5. My Settings Alerts & Notifications Page - There is a new Alerts & Notifications configuration page for Product Pulse in My Settings where ClientSuccess users can turn off (or on) notifications to be delivered via In-App or Email.
When these Notifications are turned on by a ClientSuccess Admin, they will be turned on for all users by default. Users will then have the ability to turn them off in their My Settings, Alerts & Notifications page if they choose to.
Note: User-level Slack Notifications cannot be managed at this time. Stay tuned...
