The Gantt view on the Project List shows every project in your current filter on one shared timeline. You can compare each project's plan against what actually happened, and spot the ones that are slipping.
Who can use this: your team (vendor users). Clients always see the List view.
Open the Gantt view
Go to Projects.
Use the view switch at the top right (List | Board | Gantt) and choose Gantt.
Any filters you've applied to the Project List also apply to the Gantt view.
Read the chart
Each row is a project, with its client underneath the name.
Draft projects show as an outlined bar. Started projects show as a filled bar, with a progress line along the bottom.
Slipping projects are flagged with how many days late they're forecast to finish (projected overrun).
The Today line marks the current date.
The legend at the top right explains each status color.
Controls
Zoom (for example, Quarter) changes the time scale. The date in the center stays put when you zoom.
Today jumps back to the current date.
Color colors the bars by status, health or risk.
Expand all / Collapse all shows or hides each project's phases.
Baseline overlays the original plan so you can compare plan vs actual.
Your zoom, color and baseline choices are saved for your next visit. The view stays smooth even with thousands of projects, so you can see your whole portfolio at once.
