Time To Launch (TTL) is one of the core metrics used by implementation teams to measure effectiveness of their process. We've added a first-class data point within Baton to report on TTL by project.
To configure the start and end dates of the TTL calculation, navigate to the settings of a template or project. The start date can be configured based on the Start or Started Date, a specific Milestone or Task date within a project, a custom field, or a specified date. Similarly, the end date can be configured as the project due or completed date, a specific milestone or task date, a custom field, or a specified date.
