Improved Growth Reports
We've made a significant enhancement to our reporting engine to make sure that all revenue is categorized properly for up-sell, cross-sell, down-sell, reactivated, open, and churned. You won’t need to do anything other than review and validate your reporting data. Please see our What if my metrics don't align KB article for recommended actions if your metrics don’t align.
Renewal Health Report - Future View
We’ve added a new "Future" view to the Renewal Health report so you can filter out any long-term overdue contacts from the graph and data table. This will allow you to only display the Renewal Health for those contracts that are from today moving forward based on the selected timeframe in the report.
Contract "Days to Renewal" Trigger Extended to 3 Years
The Automation Trigger for Contract "Days to Renewal" has been extended to support up to 3 years in the configuration. In the case of early renewals that are booked several months ahead of time, the automation trigger can be set up to 3 years (1095 days) prior to the renewal date for more flexibility in automated notifications.
