April 22, 2022: ClientSuccess Update: New Automation Triggers & In-app Reporting Data Exports

We are excited to announce 2 new Product updates:

1. New Automation Triggers - for Pulse, NPS, Calendar, Contracts, Engagements and SuccessCycles.
2. In-app Reporting Data Exports - for Pulse, Churn, Customer and Revenue Growth Reports

We've more than doubled-down on Automation by releasing 18 new Automation Triggers.

Pulse Level Changed - is a great example of the power of automation using Pulse, Risk Factors, Success Factors, as well as Keywords for Notes and Next Steps, which can all be part of the combined rules set.

Multiple options can be selected giving you total flexibility to create some of the most powerful rules for the best results.

In-app Reporting Data Exports - for Pulse, Churn, Customer and Revenue Growth Reports are now available. A new download arrow is displayed in the UI on the right side just above the data tables so you can quickly generate the export and download it.

Note: The full or filtered data set can now be exported from the UI.
