What is in the Overdue Tab?
The Overdue Tab contains Contracts or Subscriptions in the selected time period that have not been renewed, churned or extended. These numbers are not included in the Revenue Book of Business (RBOB) metrics in the revenue chart and table, but are included in the Open Tab summary metric.
What's new with the Overdue Tab?
In the example below, there are 2 contracts that are overdue in the selected time frame and 15 overdue contracts from previous periods.
The Overdue Tab has been enhanced to display overdue contracts for the "Selected Time Period" so you know exactly what is overdue for the month, quarter, year, or custom renewal timeframes.
Additional changes to the Overdue tab are contracts with future dates are no longer classified as overdue, and overdue contracts from a prior period can easily be filtered by clicking on "(prior period)" for a comprehensive list of all contracts that are overdue from previous time periods.
