When you are preparing to ingest your revenue data to either be managed in ClientSuccess, or integrate with your CRM, you need to have your complete and clean product list imported to ClientSuccess which ties directly to your subscriptions/contracts. To import this list, simply download the import template, populate the required fields in the required formats, and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org. While it's possible to import inactive products and you are welcome to do that if it's meaningful to your future data, it's a best practice to bring in active products only.

- Complete the template by following instructions included on the template, filling all required fields in the required formats.
- NOTE: The required fields are highlighted in Yellow in the import template.
- Submit the file to email@example.com for import, copying your CSM who can help to followup when needed.
Once support has imported your products they will notify you via the support ticket email. At that point you are good to proceed with the adding/importing of your subscriptions/contracts.
