There are three different options for leveraging the NPS tools in ClientSuccess.
If you have historical NPS response data that you'd like to import into ClientSuccess, even if you are going to use the ClientSuccess NPS feature, or one of the available integrations, it's as simple as downloading the csv template, following the instructions provided in the template, and sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will then import it for you and notify you once the import is complete!
