ClientSuccess has recently released 3 brand new reports that you can find Here. If you click into “Client Pulse,” you will see that you can now access the following:
- Current Pulse Health
- Current Pulse Reasons
- Pulse Change Over Time
In order for these Pulse reports to really be effective, it is necessary that an internal pulse plan has been created. By doing so, it will provide much more clarity into the story your data is trying to tell. If you would like to schedule a call in order to take a deeper dive into strategies behind setting a pulse plan, let me know and we can get a call scheduled.
Coles CS Hacks
If you have the columns, “Last Engaged,” and “Last Touch” visible in your Client Grid view, you can simply click on any one of those dates to see the most recent engagement or touch right from the Client Grid screen. This is a little hack that can give you a quick insight into your most recent communication without having to drill into their Client Record.
