Analytics and Reporting: Have you seen the new data exports section in Global Settings? If not, navigate to your Global Settings, and select Data Exports. We have 15 templates available for any ClientSuccess Admin to download at their leisure.

Cole’s Quips and Tips
You can create different SuccessScore profiles for different account types. We have been experimenting with a profile called, the “Account Behavior Formula” to better predict account behavior.
The profile scores each account based on two key measures, “return on investment,” and “quality of relationship”. This includes four metrics; Proximity, Duration, Frequency, and Intensity.
