A common question we receive is "We have a lot of synced emails and manually added engagements. What if I delete a contact that is involved in those engagements"
We currently do not allow the deletion of contacts that have associated engagements. With how our CS platform handles the relationship between contacts and engagements, if a contact were to be deleted, then their contact details would be removed from any engagements they were involved in. This information cannot be restored once deleted, so we've removed that option for now.
If you are losing a contact from the company, we recommend adding (no longer at the company) to the end of their name.
