Importing Data via Template
Our subscription data template can be used to compile internal subscription data for an import into ClientSuccess. Once completed, please send it to your CSM or via our in-app Help button on the (bottom right of any screen).
Please be sure to note the type and formatting field requirements in the tables below.

- Client Name
Format requirements: Name must exactly match the Client name in ClientSuccess - Product Name
Format requirements: Name must exactly match a ClientSuccess product name - Quantity
Format requirements: Must be a number - Start Date
Format requirements: YYYY-MM-DD - End Date
Format requirements: YYYY-MM-DD - Term (in Months) Format requirements: Must be a number
- Amount
Format requirements: No decimals - Auto renew
Format requirements: "TRUE" or "FALSE"
