There are several options for adding client data to ClientSuccess, each of which can be used individually or in any combination. It's a best practice to bring in "active" customers only. The options for bringing your client records are:
- Manual entry
- Use a client data template and send to email@example.com for import
- Utilize a CRM integration for importing client data
- Create or update client data via our open API

Once the client data is imported if you are using the flat file, you will be notified via the support ticket, it's just that simple! :-)
