Bubble Location (Vertical): The further up the bubble is, the closer their subscription is to their renewal date
Bubble Location (Horizontal): Where the bubble is on the horizontal access is indicatory of their current pulse
Bubble Size: The size of the bubble reflects the size of the contract (ARR and MRR)
Last Touch: The last touch is calculated from the last time a phone call, email, or meeting was logged in the client engagement section
