The Scorecard app is an optional integration that tracks non-linear goals or milestones at any given time. The criteria in the Scorecard is a single, global profile that applies to all clients. The selected criteria can be accomplished in any order, and can be weighted individually based on the custom weight you select, on a scale of 1-5 resulting in a total score out of 100.
The Scorecard was created to give you an addition view of a customer's adoption and can be a metric added to your "SuccessScore". Note that the Scorecard is different than the SuccessScore. Your Scorecard weighted Scorecard criteria is defined by you and specific for YOUR customers.
To enable Scorecard, navigate to Global Settings > Integrations > Scorecard. Toggle the module on, then hover over the text and click "Show Settings". You'll then add your criteria and click on the dots to weight each item the way you want it.
