The Scorecard app is an optional integration that tracks non-linear goals or milestones at any given time. The criteria apply to all clients, can be accomplished in any order, and are weighted individually based on the custom weight you select, on a scale of 1-5, resulting in a total score out of 100.
The Scorecard was created to give you an option to define a separate score from the "Success Score". Remember that the SuccessScore is different than the Scorecard. The Scorecard can be a metric included in the overall SuccessScore if you wish. Your Scorecard is defined simply by the weighted criteria you design and select for your customers.
To enable Scorecard, navigate to Global Settings > Integrations > Scorecard. Toggle the module on, then hover over the text and click "Show Settings". You'll then add your criteria and click on the dots to weight each item the way you want it.
