We're excited to launch the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration with the following capabilities:

- Calendar Appointments Automatically Created as Engagements
- Calendar Integration Setup
- Calendar Integration Configuration Settings
- Scheduled Calendar Appointments in the Engagement Reports
Calendar Appointments Displayed in the Task Dashboard Calendar View
To increase the visibility of Tasks related to engagements with customers, meetings scheduled with customers in your Microsoft Outlook Calendar will now be displayed in the Task Calendar View. To see the meetings you will need to select "All" in the Meetings drop-down and the calendar appointments will be displayed in yellow on the calendar.
Calendar Appointments Automatically Created as Engagements
To streamline the customer engagement process, scheduled appointments with customers will automatically be created as engagements in the Engagement App. Any customer contacts in ClientSuccess will be added to the engagement, along with the text or agenda that is in the calendar appointment. By default, the integration will create the Calendar Engagements as Phone Calls in the Engagement App.
Note: As shown in the example above, users will now have the ability to switch engagement types to Meetings or Notes on the fly by clicking on the arrow next to the phone icon and selecting the new engagement type.
Calendar Integration Setup
To setup the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration, you will need to authenticate the Microsoft Outlook Calendar in My Settings > Calendar Authentication
Calendar Integration Configuration Settings
ClientSuccess Admins can also set the number of days to create the meeting engagements in the Engagement App prior to the Calendar Appointment in Global Settings > Apps & Integrations.
Note: For increased visibility, Calendar events can be displayed in the Task Dashboard Calendar View up to 180 days prior to the scheduled engagement.
Scheduled Calendar Appointments in the Engagement Reports
Based on how many days you have configured the integration to create the engagements before the actual calendar appointments, the Scheduled Appointments will now be calculated and displayed in the far right column in the Team Member Engagement. In the example below, all future engagements that are scheduled within the next 7 days will be displayed in the "Scheduled" column below.

Appointments with clients will be automatically generated as bitlife online engagements in the Engagement App to expedite the customer engagement process.
Can we customize the color used for Outlook appointments in the Task Calendar View, Speed Stars or is yellow the default and only option?
