We’re excited to inform you about an important upgrade to our New Integration Platform. We’ve listened to our customers and we’re upgrading to a New Integration Platform to enhance the accuracy, flexibility, and overall performance of our integration capabilities.
What This Upgrade Means for You Going Forward
-
Enterprise-Level Integration: The new platform will offer robust, enterprise-grade data synchronization, ensuring your data is more accurate and up-to-date across all systems.
-
Integration Templates: We've included pre-configured integration templates to make the setup process easier and faster, allowing you to quickly leverage the new integration capabilities.
-
Improved Notifications & Logging: Stay informed with enhanced notifications and detailed logging, providing you with greater visibility into your data integration processes.
-
Future Access To More Integrations: The new Integration Platform will provide future access to more integrations. https://www.workato.com/integration.
The New Integration Platform will be rolled out to our customers in 3 phases:
Phase 1 - CRM Integration Migration and Support
For Phase 1, only CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive will be included and supported by the ClientSuccess Team until we get our customer base migrated to the New Integration Platform. During this time
Phase 2 - Customer Access and Usage of the Integration Platform
Customers have access to the Integration Platform today, and those who have expertise in setting up and configuring Workato integrations and automation workflows are welcome to use it. However, we would ask that customers DO NOT make any changes to the CRM integrations without consulting with our Support team while we are in the transition of moving our customer base over in Phase I.
Phase 3 - Access To Additional Integrations
Our new Integration Platform will allow us to enhance and expand the number of integrations we offer our customers. In the long term, we’ll roll out a variety of new integrations based on customer demand and enhance other legacy integrations beyond those being delivered in Phase 1. We have already begun leveraging the new Integration Platform internally to create POC’s for future integrations and look forward to delivering new innovative integrations and solutions to our customers in the new year.
Documentation & Training
Documentation for the ClientSuccess implementation of the new Integration Platform will be available in the coming weeks. However, there are training materials provided by our vendor partner to help you get started on how the system works and what functionality will be available in future phases of the Integration Platform implementation.

Connecting To Your CRM
To connect the integration, you will need to authenticate your CRM that's currently syncing with ClientSuccess, found in Global Settings > Integrations (New), via the new Integration Platform. This process should take less than five minutes and requires a CRM user with administrator access. If needed, feel free to forward this information to your CRM administrator.
Please watch this short video on how to authenticate your CRM to the new integration.
