To help troubleshoot issues you are facing in the app, please follow these instructions to generate logs for investigation. These instructions are specifically for Chrome. Please click on the images to expand them.
Instructions

Open a Chrome window and navigate to your Baton workspace.

Open the Chrome menu (the three dots in the top right corner), then More Tools, then Developer Tools.

Select the Network tab. Then, without closing the Developer Tools, refresh the page using the refresh button at the top of your window.

Perform the actions that you are experiencing issues with, especially those that you feel demonstrate the issue the most.

In the table, right click on any row and select Save all as HAR with content.

Switch to the Console tab. If you see any messages here, right click and click Save as. If you do not see any messages then proceed to the next step instead.

Upload the
.har
file (as well as the.log
file if you have one from step 6) to your support ticket.
