You asked, and we listened.
Here at Baton, we understand the importance of managing stakeholder communication to effectively run your projects and support your client relationships. Because of this, based on customer feedback, we've removed all mention of risk from client views in Baton.
What does this mean for your project plans?
Risk as you know it in Baton is largely unchanged. We'll still surface which projects need extra attention and which tasks within each project are at risk of being completed late. However, the High/Medium/Low risk details will no longer be visible to customers who login to Baton. Automated communication from Baton will not be impacted. Users will still be notified when their tasks are past due.
Individual project managers will still have the tools to assess any risks to their projects, but will now have the control to manage these risks internally or proactively communicate with customers as they see fit.
