We are excited to announce our updated Project Create & Setup Flow! Thank you to all our valued customers for providing us with your feedback. Baton will continue to partner with you on shaping and improving our product.

Clicking + Add Project opens the new Project Create Form, simply requiring a Project Name to speed up the creation process.

If a template is selected when the project is created, you'll be immediately redirected to your project plan. If no template is selected during project creation, you'll be directed to a blank project page where you can manually add milestones and tasks, upload from .csv, or deploy a template.

Once your project is created, you can select "Add Details" at the top-right navigation to update Client information, high-level project dates, Time & Budget details, Team members, and Custom Fields. Baton will track your progress and when all required fields are completed, you'll be able to Start Project and Invite Team.
