Client presentation mode option found in Project actions. This can be used during project creation, when projects are in queue, and with in-progress projects. Use this mode while walking your client through the project or if you'd just like to see what your client sees. You can also make updates to the project and tasks in this mode.
Once selected, a green page outline and a button bar at the bottom of the page will appear to indicate that Client presentation modeis active. The button bar can be dragged to a different location in case it ever gets in the way.
Note: Hidden tasks and attachments will not be shown when using Client presentation mode
The navigation bar at the top of the page will change to how your client sees the page. The Details, Team, and Feedback sections are removed. Only the Tasks and Status Tracker are available to the client.
In the Status Tracker page, the client will be able to see your logo, their logo, a brief description of the project along with your project manager's contact information, and the overall statuses of your milestones.
Information in the Project Quick View will also change when viewing as a client. The image on the left is your view and the image on the left is View as client. Start date, contract value, the project tracker, and hidden attachments are not shown.
Clicking Exit or the X on the top left corner of the page will take the vendor out of the client view.
