The Data Dashboard will allow you to observe data trends over time for all projects. Here you can scroll and see the number of active projects, the contract value of all active, completed, and queued projects. Below, you will find more information on each section. The Data Dashboard is available on all plans, but customization and sharing externally is limited to our Enterprise plan. Please contact your CSM for additional information.

Note: All internal users can make updates to the dashboard

This section graphically shows completed projects and how many were due in a month. Using the "Num" and "Value" buttons, you can toggle between the count of projects and dollar value of projects. You can scroll left or right on the graph to show other months. If you hover over a month, you can see the completed and due values on the right side of the section update. The dot will indicate our current month.

This card shows the contract value of active projects as well the percentage of projects that are on time (green), at risk (yellow), or delayed (red).

Switching over to 'All' will show the contract value of projects in queue, active and completed.

Customize your dashboard by selecting `+ Add Card` or selecting any of your cards to rearrange.

You can easily share your Dashboards by creating a view-only link that can shared with anyone. Just click the "Share" button in the top right. This link can be shared with anyone, regardless of whether they have a Baton account.

Once shared, the user will view the dashboard and have the option to "Go to app". The user will need an account to enter the app.
