Overview

Baton's Forms feature enables you to create, share, and gather data from your internal team or customers. These forms serve various purposes:

  1. Collecting kickoff documentation(s) from your team

  2. Collecting key project data points & information from stakeholders

  3. Collecting specifying asset requirements from customers

  4. Collecting customer feedback post-project completion

Adding Forms to Templates & Projects

You have the option to add any workspace form to either a template or a project.

Submitting a Form

Forms can be submitted by any internal vendor users or external client users who are part of a project.
