When you use Baton, your organization will have a specific URL that includes your workspace name. It will look like this: "workspace name".hellobaton.com/...

If you don't know your workspace name, don't worry. You can click on a link to Baton in any email you've received or go to app.hellobaton.com and click on "Don't know your workspace URL? Click here to find it." Then you can enter your email address and receive an email listing any workspaces that you're a member of. If you don't receive an email immediately, it means you don't have an account registered with Baton yet.

Once you have your workspace URL, you're ready to log in. Just enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password" and you'll be emailed a link to reset it.

Logging in with Baton is now even easier with the magic link option. On the login page, simply click "Sign In With Magic Link" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a login code & link, which allows you to log in without a password.

Note that you will need an account to use this option. If you haven't received your sign-in code, reach out to your vendor.
