ClientSuccess users can now include Custom Fields as placeholders in 1:Many Emails. To enable a Custom Field to be a placeholder for 1:Many Emails, enable the toggle in Global Settings>Field Settings in the far right column called "USE AS PLACEHOLDER FOR 1:MANY EMAILS".
In the example above the Custom Field "Industry" has been enabled to be a placeholder in 1:Many Emails. Once the Custom Field is enabled, it will automatically display as a placeholder in the 1:Many Email body creation screen below.
In the new email below, notice the addition of the "Industry" placeholder in the first sentence. The Industry data for the given customer will be dynamically filled in when the email is sent.
When the user previews the 1:Many email, it dynamically fills in the Industry placeholder as Retail in the preview window as well, so the user can see exactly what the value will be when the email is sent out.
All additional emails that are previewed will also display the their corresponding dynamic Custom Field of Industry filled in as well, so each email can be personalized.
