Here are 3 new Engagement App Workflow enhancements that should save you lots of time and streamline some of the workflows CSM's do every day.
1. Create New Tasks - while engaging with your customers without disrupting your workflow.
2. Create New Contacts - in-line when you need to add a new contact to an engagement.
3. Create New Emails - from the Engagement App so you don't have to switch context.
All three of these workflow enhancements are now available and can be accessed from the Engagement App in the Customer Detail Record.
Create New Tasks
Users can create new tasks while interacting with customers in the Engagement App during their natural workflow to save time from switching over to the Tasks App. To create a new task, click on the "Add Task" button in the subject line of the Engagement App.
The New Task modal will pop-up with the task auto-populated with the Customer, Assigned to, Due Date, and Priority. All that is needed to complete the task creation is to enter a Task name.
Create New Email
There is a new "Create New Email" button in the Engagement App header that allows users to create new email using their email account if it has been authenticated to ClientSuccess.
Click on that button to create a New Email from the 1:Many Email modal. The "From" will be automatically filled in with the user who is creating the email and the "To" will be filled in with the Customer that the engagement is currently with by default.
Create New Contact
We've also added the ability to create New Contacts on-the-fly in the Engagement App. As the user types the contact name, auto-complete will fill in the name and identify that it's not a Contact in the system.
If the Contact is not in ClientSuccess, it is flagged as a new Contact. Click on the "new" Contact and the modal to create a"New Contact" in-line will be displayed without having to leave the Engagement app to create a new contact.
Once the required first and last name is filled in, the Contact can be created and the user is returned to the Engagement App workflow without disruption.
These new Engagement App Workflow enhancements should help your team save time on the engagement workflows. Please reach out to your CSM or our Support Team with any questions.
