Understanding the role of and how to use contact badges

Contact badges are a critical part to understanding client relationships, as well as the manner in which you engage with certain contacts. ClientSuccess has 4 badges to choose from as you manage your contacts.

Badge Definitions

  • Key contact (limited to one contact) - the main or day-to-day point-of-contact

  • Executive sponsor - executive-level contacts or other leaders who hold decision-making power within a clients' organization

  • Advocate - a contact who advocates your product or service outside of the organization (ie acts as a referral, leaves a positive review, etc)

  • Champion - a contact who advocates your product or service within the organization
