Last Touch is calculated from when a team member logged a phone call, email, or meeting with a contact in the client engagement module.
Breakdown:
Top Percentage: This percentage is the percent of your clients that have not been touched in the given time frame
Bottom Percentage: This percentage is the percent of your clients that have been touched in the given time frame
Individual Month Columns: The percentage in these columns is the percent of clients whose last touch date was in the given month
