*Note: our current ARR or MRR reporting includes all “active” subscriptions for “active” clients, even those subscriptions that have “lapsed”. Churn subscription metrics are still in effect, even when a client’s status is marked as “Terminated”.

Last Touch is calculated from when a team member logged a phone call, email, or meeting with a contact in the client engagement module.

Breakdown: 

  • Top Percentage: This percentage is the percent of your clients that have not been touched in the given time frame

  • Bottom Percentage: This percentage is the percent of your clients that have been touched in the given time frame

  • Individual Month Columns: The percentage in these columns is the percent of clients whose last touch date was in the given month
