The left column indicates how many clients had the pulse 7 days ago, and the column on the right shows how many client currently have the pulse.
The number beneath the columns represent the number of clients that left or entered said pulse

Risk Factors = Reason Codes and their Sub-codes
By clicking on pieces of the pie, it breaks down how many "Risk" pulses were set with the respective reason codes.
Beneath the pie chart has the client, how many days it's been since the pulse was set, and their total ARR, organized under the Reason Code and the sub-code
