*Note: our current ARR or MRR reporting includes all “active” subscriptions for “active” clients, even those subscriptions that have “lapsed”. Churn subscription metrics are still in effect, even when a client’s status is marked as “Terminated”.

When landing on this report, you can choose what timeline you are viewing. This is a critical detail in understanding the numbers presented.

*Note, all numbers above are reflecting a 12 month period. Numbers and their calculations will vary depending on the timeline chosen when building the report*

Renewable: The sum of all subscriptions up for renewal in the given time period. The percentage will be an increase or decrease, showing comparison from the previous time period
Renewed: The sum of MRR renewed (not including upsell, downsell, cross-sell or churn)
Open: The sum of MRR for all subscriptions that have not yet renewed in the given time period
Net Renewal: The sum of MRR for all renewed subscriptions / The sum of MRR for all renewable subscriptions. The percentage will be an increase or decrease, showing comparison from the previous time period
Upsell: The total MRR gained through renewal above the base amount
Downsell: The total MRR lost through renewal below the base amount
Cross-sell: The total MRR gained (the sum of the amount from subscriptions that exist in this time period, didn't exist int he previous time period, and had a subscription to a different product in the previous time period)
Churn: The Sum of MRR that was lost through termination
