Clients: This number is calculated from the number of clients that have the status "Active" and a "Client as of" date
Subscriptions: Calculated from the number of active subscriptions inside active clients
Subscription Quantities: The sum of the the quantities inside active subscriptions
Avg. Subscription Length: The average length of subscriptions in months across all active subscriptions (sum of active subscription terms / sum of active subscriptions)
Monthly Recurring Revenue: The sum of active subscriptions / term in months
Annualized Recurring Revenue: The sum of active subscriptions / term in years
Total Subscription Value: The sum of all active subscriptions
Average Revenue per CSM: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) / Number of CSMs (who are assigned to accounts)
The pie chart at the bottom is an overview of the pulses across the clients in the chosen segment (My Company, Me, Team, ect)
