The tasks screen is the go-to task management tool for SuccessCycle activities and tasks, to-dos, or both, and includes the following functionality:
Role-based segmentation
Ability to filter by task status (ie Complete, Incomplete, and All)
Ascending/Descending sorting capabilities by: Due Date, Client Name, and Assigned to
Ability to filter by custom dates
In order to better understand the nature of a SuccessCycle item, Activities and Tasks display a hierarchy paper trail (ie SuccessCycle / Activity / Task), as highlighted below:
Items have a type icon to indicate task type
