Meeting Intelligence Setup Guide

πŸ’‘ Meeting Intelligence leverages our SmartCS AI system to generate insights. Enable and consent to SmartCS AI before enabling Meeting Intelligence. This can be found in Apps & Integrations > SmartCS AI

Step 1: Enable Meeting Intelligence for Your Organization

**Meeting Intelligence leverages our SmartCS AI system to generate insights. Enable and consent to SmartCS AI before enabling Meeting Intelligence. This can be found in Apps & Integrations > SmartCS AI**

An organization admin must enable Meeting Intelligence for your organization:

  1. Navigate to Global Settings

  2. Select Apps & Integrations

  3. Enable the toggle for Meeting Intelligence Bots

⚠️ If these toggles are not present, contact support to enable Meeting Intelligence for your tenant

What this does:

  • Allows Meeting Intelligence bots to join meetings only when the user is the meeting host

  • Enables transcription and data capture for Meeting Intelligence engagements

Step 2: Choose Your Meeting Provider

Once Meeting Intelligence Bots are enabled, you can allow bots to join specific meeting platforms.

  1. In Global Settings β†’ Apps & Integrations, locate the meeting provider toggles

  2. Enable only one of the following:

    • Google Meet

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Zoom

⚠️ Important Note on Multiple Meeting Tools If you enable multiple meeting providers, the bot may join meetings across each platform, which can result in duplicate Meeting Intelligence engagements.

Best practice: Only enable the meeting platform your organization primarily uses.

Step 3: Enable Meeting Intelligence for Individual Users

Each user who wants Meeting Intelligence enabled must complete this step.

  1. Go to My Settings

  2. Select Meeting Intelligence

  3. Toggle on the meeting tool you use

Don't have your calendar connected yet? Meeting Intelligence relies on calendar data to detect meetings. If you haven't connected your calendar:

  1. Go to My Settings

  2. Select Calendar Authentication

  3. Connect your calendar provider

  4. Return to Meeting Intelligence and enable your meeting tool toggle

Once your calendar is connected, the Meeting Intelligence toggle will become available.

What Happens Next

After setup is complete:

  • Meeting Intelligence bots will automatically join meetings when you are the host

  • Meetings with detected participants that match known customers will automatically generate a Meeting Intelligence engagement

  • Transcripts and captured insights will be available within the engagement
