Metric Definitions
Active Clients: count of clients with "Active" status
Assigned CSMs: count of CSMs currently assigned to active clients
Average ARR per Client: ARR / number of active clients
Average MRR per Client: MRR / number of active clients
Average ARR per CSM: ARR / number of CSMs (with active account assignments)
Average Clients per CSM: number of clients (with "active" status) / number of CSMs (with active account assignments)
