Gmail/ClientSuccess Email Integration: Domain Setup

Learn how a G Suite domain administrator installs the ClientSuccess app so users can authenticate Gmail for the email integration domain setup.

Written by ClientSuccess

You can check out our verified app in the G Suite Marketplace. In order for your individual users to authenticate their email address, you'll need to ensure your company's domain is properly installed.

  1. Before ClientSuccess Users can authenticate to Gmail, the domain administrator at the company must install the ClientSuccess app for the users that are going to be authenticating.

  2. Please review ClientSuccess' Google App - Limited Use Disclosure before installing this application and accepting its permissions.

  3. Once the app is installed within your G Suite domain, the normal workflow will behave as expected and won’t be any different.

  4. Any Google domain that does NOT have the app enabled or where that user within the domain has not been allowed access (at the domain administrators discretion) will not be able to authenticate Gmail within ClientSuccess.
