The V2 ClientSuccess / Baton integration offers seamless syncing of customer records and user accounts.
Enabling syncing of customer and user records
Syncing is initiated by toggling Baton Integration Enabled to on.
Once enabled, ClientSuccess will act as the main source for Baton vendor user authentication and clients records.
Baton Clients
Once enabled, the Initial sync can take up to 30-60m
After the initial sync, customers will sync in real time
Customers/Clients will be managed in ClientSuccess and will reflect as read only in Baton's Client Directory
Baton Vendor Users
Once enabled, Vendor users in baton will use ClientSuccess as the authentication source and Baton's password management features will be disabled
Once enabled, Vendor users must be created in ClientSuccess
Baton Client users will still be managed in Baton
