The ClientSuccess Salesforce integration requires your Salesforce Organization ID. The following steps instruct you were to find this ID in Salesforce.
Steps
Sign into Salesforce.
Navigate to Setup.
Select 'Company Profile' from the 'Administer' section in the menu in the left sidebar.
Select 'Company Information' in the sub-menu that appears.
Your Organization ID can be found at the bottom of the second column of fields.
