Generally, the date is correct and any confusion is simply a misunderstanding of the data that affects this date. There are two dates in ClientSuccess related to your engagement with clients: Last Touch and Last Engaged. Last Touch counts emails sent, as well as phone calls and in-person meeting notes. Last Engaged, on the other hand, also counts phone calls an in-person meeting notes, as well as emails received. Check out the Engagement module to learn more.
