Typically when users are getting logged out of ClientSuccess it's because their authentication token has expired.
This could be caused by having multiple browsers (ie Chrome and Firefox) open using the same log in information. If your account is being used in more than one place your token will expire for previous sessions.
ClientSuccess should be giving you a warning message when being kicked out that you have been logged out.
