Once a subscription has been renewed, ClientSuccess recognizes that subscription under the "Past" tab in our subscriptions module. The new, "renewed" subscription becomes the most recently active subscription. Check out our article on Forecasting to learn more about working with one's renewable book of business.
Occasionally, a subscription might need a quick edit. Perhaps you accidentally booked the wrong amount or term, or didn't mean to even book the renewal. Here's what you'll want to do:

Renewed subscriptions can be edited under the "Past" tab. If a subscription was renewed incorrectly, you'll actually want to delete the currently active subscription. This will bring back the most recently renewed subscription from the Past tab back to the Active subscriptions (it will be considered "lapsed").
