The Scorecard app is an optional integration that tracks non-linear goals or milestones at any given time. The criteria apply to all clients, can be accomplished in any order, and are weighted individually based on the custom weight you select, on a scale of 1-5, resulting in a total score out of 100.

The Scorecard was created to give you an option to define a separate score from the "Success Score".  Remember that the Success Score is currently defined by the Pulse criteria whereas the score on your Scorecard is defined simply by the number of criteria you've selected for your customers.

To enable Scorecard, navigate to Global Settings > Integrations > Scorecard. Toggle the module on, then hover over the text and click "Show Settings".
